Since beginning my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a wide range of clients, from newly postpartum mothers and those navigating substance abuse recovery, to veterans and individuals across all stages of life, children, adolescents and adults.
I specialize in working with couples and families to strengthen their relationships, better navigate conflict, improve communication and foster trust and intimacy. My therapeutic approach is holistic, solution-focused, and practical. In our work together, I help my clients move from feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure of where to start, to experiencing more contentment and clarity, and gaining deeper satisfaction in their relationships. I partner with clients and couples to define measurable, attainable goals for treatment together, to work towards thriving and overall well-being.
I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from Hawaii Pacific University, and draw from my educational foundation in social work by leaning into the unique strengths of each client and couple, and utilize evidence-based coaching approaches.
